How 3ezwa can help
We support those who face fines, criminal charges or residency issues related to their support for Palestine.
If you need our help, come to our open consultations or contact us via Signal or email.
General Counseling
Have you received a white letter?
White letters do not always need immediate action. Yet you are always welcome to visit our open consultation or to contact us via Signal (@legal3ezwa.48) or email (info@3ezwa.de) in case you need to pay a fine or get advice.
Have you received a yellow letter?
Visit our next consultation or get in touch. After receiving a yellow letter, you have two weeks (check the date on the envelope and keep it safe) to file an objection. It is best to discuss this with a lawyer. Running out of time? Use the Rote Hilfe Einspruch Generator to create the objection yourself and visit us after.
Do you need help paying fines or legal costs?
3ezwa aims to cover at least half of all fines, lawyers’ fees and court costs. We will help you apply for financial aid through Rote Hilfe to pay the rest.
