Matta is a Berlin-based sociologist and activist. After experiencing police violence and repression firsthand on the streets of Berlin, she co-founded the Berlin Legal Fund, which became the foundation of 3ezwa e.V. Here, she focuses on fundraising, communications, and community building. She is committed to Palestinian self-determination and to resisting the repression of the Palestine solidarity movement in Germany.

Tobias is an activist committed to Palestine solidarity, antifascism, anti militarization and freedom and justice for all. Since October 2023, he has been involved in many anti-repression efforts and has been active at the European Legal Support Center (ELSC). At 3ezwa, Tobias does counselling and is working on extending 3ezwa’s networks throughout Germany. 

Nomi co-founded the Berlin legal fund in October 2023, and has built networks with organisations and activists across Germany and beyond European borders, and has organised fundraisers for Gaza and local grassroots initiatives. At 3ezwa, she focuses on building structures across different cities and strengthening connections with allied groups.

Ulrich has been politically active since his early teens and has spent nearly twenty years working on anti-repression as part of various political groups. He co-founded 3ezwa to strengthen understanding within the German left of the connections between struggles for self-determination and human rights internationally, and to raise awareness of how systems of exploitation are used to silence the German working class.

Lina is a social worker and activist who has been working against racist police brutality for the past six years. She joined 3ezwa as a founding board member in response to the increasing brutality and criminalization of pro-Palestinian protesters in Germany. At 3ezwa, Lina focuses on finance and legal framework development.  She ensures that the organization has the structural foundation needed to effectively support activists facing state repression.

Yara is a social worker based in Berlin. After experiencing increased repression from the German left and from the Police alike, Yara co-founded 3ezwa due to the vital need for an anti-repression structure focused specifically on the Palestinian cause. Yara focuses on counselling and administration at 3ezwa.
